What to expect
- Response time: we answer most messages within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays may take longer.
- No attachments needed: image processing runs entirely in your browser, so we never need your files. If a bug is hard to reproduce, describe the steps instead of sending the image.
- Support scope: free tools, guides and Pro purchases. We cannot offer one-on-one design or photo-editing services, but we will point you to the right tool or guide when we can.
Who we are
ImageTools Pro is an independent, self-funded project built by a small team of developers and designers. We publish free browser-based image tools, an in-depth guide library and a Pro plan that removes the daily processing limit.
Two principles shape everything we publish. First, your files stay on your device: every tool runs in your own browser using the Canvas API, WebAssembly and the File API, so an image is never uploaded to our servers and we never have access to it. Second, every guide is tested before it is published: the steps in our guides are executed in a real browser on real PNG, JPEG and WebP files, and each guide is re-checked whenever browser support changes.
We are not a stock photo agency, a print shop or a reselling service. We do not sell, host or index your images, and we do not build custom software for third parties. If you need something we do not offer, we point you to a tool that does it instead of pretending otherwise.
Frequently asked questions
Do you upload my images to a server?
No. Processing happens entirely inside your browser, so nothing is transmitted. That is also why some tools ask you to allow a larger local memory allocation the first time you open them.
How do you make money if the tools are free?
Through advertising on the free pages and through Pro subscriptions. We do not sell personal data, and we never add tracking pixels of our own to your images.
Can I use the results commercially?
Yes. Whatever you create with the tools belongs to you, with no royalty and no attribution requirement. Our terms list the few restrictions that apply to the service itself.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes. The interface, the tools and the guides are available in English and Arabic, and you can switch language from the header menu.
I found an error on a page or in a guide. How do I report it?
Send us the page URL and the steps that went wrong. We reproduce reported errors before replying, and the affected guide is updated with the corrected instructions.
Typical response time
- Bug reports — 1 to 2 business days. We reproduce the issue before we reply.
- Pro, billing and refunds — 1 business day. Include your checkout email and transaction ID.
- Advertising and partnerships — 3 to 5 business days. Tell us about the audience and the format you need.
- Privacy and data requests — 7 days. We answer every request within a week.
- Feature requests — batched replies. We publish a summary of what we are working on every quarter.
