1. Using the service
The image tools on ImageTools Pro are provided free of charge and process your files locally in your browser. You may use them for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you process and for the results you download.
2. Free daily allowance
Free usage is limited per day (shown in the tools). The limit resets automatically. Because processing is tracked on your own device, the limit is an honour-based mechanism, not an absolute restriction.
3. Pro subscription
Pro removes the daily limit, hides advertising and unlocks unlimited processing. Pro is paid via PayPal. After payment verification, you receive a personal license key by email. Enter it with the same email address on the Pro page to activate your access. Licenses are valid for the subscribed period — monthly (30 days), yearly (365 days) — or indefinitely for lifetime plans.
4. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us at bekkasid@yahoo.fr with your transaction ID and your request will be processed.
5. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While image processing is done locally and reliably, we do not guarantee a specific output quality for every file type, size or condition. Use the tools at your own discretion.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the tools to process or distribute unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Intellectual property
Files you create with the tools belong to you. We claim no ownership over your images or the results you generate.
8. Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageTools Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the tools. We may update these terms occasionally; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
