About ImageTools Pro

Who is behind ImageTools Pro

ImageTools Pro was started by a small independent team of developers who kept hitting the same wall: every “free” image tool online asked for an account, uploaded our photos to a server we didn't control, or plastered the page with intrusive pop-ups. We wanted a toolbar we could trust with our own pictures — so we built one, and then we shared it.

We are not a big company with a marketing budget. We are people who build, test and maintain these tools ourselves, answer every message we receive, and fund the project through advertising and an optional Pro plan so the core tools stay free for everyone.

Our mission

Our goal is simple: make professional-grade image processing available to everyone, free of charge, without ever touching your files. Every tool on this site runs in your browser with JavaScript. Your photos are decoded, edited and re-encoded on your own device — nothing is uploaded, stored or sold, and our servers never see a single pixel.

That privacy promise shapes every technical decision we make. It is also why we keep our tools focused: instead of bloated suites with features nobody uses, we ship fast, focused tools that get one job done well — compress an image for the web, remove a background, resize a photo for social media, convert a PDF, or clean the hidden location data out of a shared picture.

Why we built these tools

Image size is the silent killer of website speed. A 4 MB photo from your phone uploads slowly, eats bandwidth and destroys your Core Web Vitals — and Google rewards fast, optimised sites with better rankings. We built ImageTools Pro because everyone publishes images every day, but most tools either charge a premium or ask you to hand over your files. We believe the two should never be linked: you should be able to prepare a perfect image in seconds, privately, on any device.

If you have feedback, a bug report or an idea for a new tool, write to us — we read everything and we genuinely ship what people ask for.
